The tears in my eyes,
Glinting in the light
Sparkle like little stars.
I want to be alright.
Pain and confusion
And torment and guilt,
Riddle me with emotion
Till the whole world tilts.
Dizzy and starry eyed,
I can barely contain
The emotions inside me
Fighting to reign.
I need to, I want to
I can't stop it alone!
I have to, I must,
I think as I moan.
Riddled with emotion saying
To slice myself away,
I manage to convince myself
To wait another day.
